Robin is the Managing Partner of Robin Lynn & Lee. Prior to founding Robin Lynn & Lee, he was a Partner at DFDL based in Cambodia and the Head of DFDL’s China Desk. He accumulated over 10 years of experience working for top Chinese law firms in Beijing as a Partner and Senior Foreign Consultant before moving to Cambodia.

Robin specializes in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project development and joint-venture structuring for local and international clients in industries such as pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and consumer goods. His major clients also include startup founders and investment funds.

Robin is recognised by IFLR 1000 as a notable practitioner in financial and corporate areas. He is also featured in the Malaysia A-List: Top 100 Lawyers 2024 by Asia Business Law Journal.
