Debbie is an Associate under the Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure practice group at Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL. She advises on regulatory requirements, and corporate and commercial matters arising from the development and construction of major projects in the oil and gas, power, renewable energy, and construction sectors.
This includes advising developers, project companies, oil and gas companies, and investors on legal issues in relation to the development and construction of gas-fired power plants, major infrastructures such as data centres and submarine cables, and renewable energy projects such as waste-to-energy, large-scale solar, corporate green power programme, rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, hydrogen and renewable energy certificates. She also has experience in undertaking due diligence and benchmarking studies in relation to industrial restructuring and law reform.
Prior to joining the firm, Debbie was an associate at one of the leading law firms in Malaysia.
