Caroline commenced her legal career at a boutique law firm located in Kuala Lumpur. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year 2022.

Caroline was exposed to a diverse range of capital markets, corporate and commercial transactions, and fund management matters. She was involved in fund-raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, establishment of unit trust funds, and regulatory compliance matters with main focus on regulations under the purview of the Securities Commission Malaysia.
