Chuan How has experience in advising international and domestic lenders and corporate borrowers in a wide range of cross border banking and financing transactions, including project financing, syndicated and structured financing, capital expenditure financing, debt capital market transactions and aircraft financing.

He also advises on energy and infrastructure project development and finance matters.

Chuan How started his career in one of the largest law firm in Malaysia before he joined DFDL Cambodia as the Head of Banking and Finance Practice Group. Subsequently, he worked in a UK silver circle law firm in Singapore before he became a Partner at DFDL Singapore and Robin Lynn & Lee. Chuan How is ranked by Chambers as Expertise Based Abroad in General Business Law in Cambodia. He holds an LL.B. from The University of Sheffield, UK, and has been admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
